Warranty Information

100 Year Limited Warranty - Aluminum

In lieu of all other warranties implied and/or expressed, Gutter Tech will warrant that through Interstate Material Supply, Inc. ("IMS") the color coating of IMS aluminum rain gutter material, properly installed by Gutter Tech, for use as residential rain gutter will not crack, chip, peel, flake, split, or bubble, as a result of a manufacturing defect for a period of one hundred (1OO) years after the installation date. Any painting of Rain Gutter will void the warranty.

Upon request and after installation by Gutter Tech, more information and warranty documentation will be provided to the customer.

100% Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Gutter Tech understands that workmanship is the key to a quality job and a satisfied customer. With each job Gutter Tech will do a thorough walk through with the customer to guarantee that the job is 100% satisfactory. With a 100% lifetime warranty on workmanship you can rest assured that your investment is protected. This is non-transferable and only available to the original customer with valid certification.

All work will be performed in the highest industry trade standards. All new rain gutter will be checked with a level for proper drainage angles during installation, starting at all high points and working towards downspout locations. We are not responsible for rotted or damaged fascia, rafters and/or any existing building materials or acts of nature such as fire, wind, ice, etc that may cause damage.

There is a 30% restocking fee for any changes made to a proposal after acceptance. Gutter Tech is not responsible for water leaking behind rain gutters due to faulty roofmanship or standing water in gutter or roof caused by stoppage from slope, leaves, or other debris.
